Count viewers, not just installed apps
Write down when each person wants to watch. If you only switch between the same TV and a tablet at different times, your requirements differ from two people watching different programmes together. Ask about the service’s connection allowance before testing multiple live streams.
An app licence has its own rules too. A player may support several devices while the television account permits fewer concurrent streams, or the reverse. Keep the two allowances in separate columns so a publisher’s device limit is not mistaken for the service’s viewing permission.
A separate subscription has a separate job
An independent subscription can provide its own service login once activated. Each television then has a clear account to use. This can also make support easier: record which screen uses which order without copying the credentials into a shared public note.
Do not assume recording, multiview or casting adds capacity. Those features can create additional stream requests. Confirm how your intended usage fits the service allowance, and avoid leaving an unused player streaming in the background while you test another device.
How a LugoTV second-screen invitation works
Eligible existing buyers may receive a personal offer link by email. The link checks a specific offer and displays its email, price and expiry before payment. It is not a public coupon or a promise that every account qualifies. Use your own invitation and read the total shown on that page.
The second-screen order is separate from the original purchase. Payment confirmation and service activation remain different stages. A saved checkout or pending order is not proof that a second login is ready. Contact support with the relevant order reference if you need to clarify its status.
Prepare the second screen before you buy
Choose a setup that each person can operate comfortably. A second television may use a different platform, remote or Wi-Fi connection. The first screen working well is useful context, but it does not prove that the second screen needs identical instructions.
- Identify the exact television or streaming-device model.
- Check which player supports the supplied login format.
- Budget for any separate player licence.
- Test the network where that screen sits, not only beside the router.
- Keep the first and second order references distinguishable.
Your next step
Use what you learned on your own device, then choose a setup or plan that answers your needs.
